I had been struggling with acne since I was about sixteen years old. I

The first things I would like to say is that Angela is both friendly

Until then, I had only used a jojoba oil moisture cream on my face,

products with sunscreen to protect my skin from the sun.

Although these helped protect me from UV and made my skin look good
while they were on (because they cover up a multitude of sins), I
noticed that they did nothing to reverse the effects of the premature
aging that had taken place so far, and I was also worried about the
amount of chemicals that I was putting on my skin.

I looked into the possibility of anti-wrinkle serums on the Internet,
but was soon put off by the price. Also, with so many products to
choose from, it is impossible to know which actually work and are worth
putting your money in. It was at this stage that I typed "natural ways
to reduce wrinkles" into a search engine, and found the magical

Due to experiencing some difficulties in getting hold of some of the
foods required for the eating plan, since I live in Japan, I started
